Replicator 2 T-Slot Frame

For the Replicator2 frame, 10mm Aluminum extrusion mounts are simply snapped onto the metal top. These mounts are positioned all around the perimeter using mini t-slots for easy attachment of desired items. As your design progresses, older files may be removed to make way for new ones. Several photos reflect old designs, but they still give an idea of the final product. Acrylic pieces are expected to change dimensions as details are worked out, but Replicator mounts are complete. To assemble, print the Replicator2 Utility Mount plate and attach screws to each hole. Start t-slots on each screw and snap the pieces into place individually. Zip tie them together, then slide extruded aluminum beams onto the t-slots and tighten. Design and mount your add-ons. Note that the back right corner has a different design (V-cut out) which rests on the corner and needs to be zip tied to the two bolt heads below it.
