MAKERBOT UPDATE: LOCKING IN PLACE WITH EASE MakerBot is now providing 900gm filament spools that run along the wiring loom rising up the centre back of the Replicator 2. This adjustment doesn't cause a significant problem, but it does create drag and alters the spool's alignment. A new spacer has been designed to fit into the standard Replicator 2 spool holder, allowing 900gm spools to be spaced correctly and spin freely without leaning to one side.
