This Thing uses a single spool and has 100 mm diameter and a total width of 210mm, along with one small spool holder and 15 clips to attach tape for wrapping around the reel. To use these items: First make the spindle. It will fit on top of your mainboard if it's attached. Attach tape to one clip in order to connect it with any cable. This way it becomes possible to rewind. For now I recommend leaving this connection in, because otherwise unwinding of 90mm of reel will not happen. Then, cut two short tubes in plastic that the cables can wind around. It should fit onto the middle section on top and the reel that attaches underneath a little metal bit at the bottom. Cut three sections for clips - for main spool wrap, reel end clip for unwinding tape back on spindle after cutting 10m (because of too tight) of it and main clip to keep wrapped parts on reel, because there isn't space to hold it down anywhere. Then attach clips. First put on middle tube then top, bottom tube should just barely be attached and leave room to remove all that once a month as recommended by manufacturers - also after a full 2 m cut (you don't have much more). Tape for rewinding reel wrap has the width of approximately one clip on both sides from top of mainboard. After it runs into this part make another hole just large enough so not too loose at bottom section where middle tape and cable passes to make room at spool holder. You can now rewind as usual (don't do a full rewinding as there's not much room to keep unwound stuff in this machine) by cutting a single meter then removing it when finished - for the same reason it's better just to cut only what needed from cable every other day than do lots and cut more. Now go make one with a small spool hole of 35.7, a large spool of diameter 85, unit count as above but set this at the end. This makes the new parameters used: spool_width = 65 spool_hole_diameter = 35.7 unit_count =1 As said earlier the main issue now would be there are clips only on the right, no on top or the left one so a part that has it could fall down easily at each time that reel wrap was put over, for these you will probably end up with an unwrapped portion every month (or when reel starts to run low). Also be aware now there is a chance your main spool wrap doesn't properly sit - check first the two pieces in plastic before trying again otherwise you won't notice how big the difference could have been. You can use this code for it instead: spool_width = 65 unit_count =1 spool_hole_diameter =30
