I didn't see any spool holder that would fit with the 5-pound MakerBot spools so I came up with a makeshift solution to get me through the day. It's designed to accommodate the regular 1-kg spools, which should still work just fine. I'm currently printing this out on standard settings and it looks like it's going to take around 7 hours to complete.
