This upgrade, termed as Replicator 2 Extruder Wire Bundle Strain Relief Upgrade (R2EWBSRU), simplifies the extruder wire management for MakerBot Replicator 2 users. To install it, print R2EWBSRU (in about 6 minutes). Next, slip the extruder control wires through the open side of R2EWBSRU and seat it on top of the Replicator 2 Extruder. Finally, cover the R2EWBSRU with the black braided sheath and secure it using a zip tie at the base. Your MakerBot Replicator 2 will now have an improved extruder wire bundle strain relief!
