If you accidentally placed your tool near the extruder fan blades, laugh it off and try this retrofit fan blade design. I'm currently using it, and it functions perfectly. To install it, carefully remove the blade fins from your current fan using an X-acto knife. You should be left with a cylinder shape that allows for the new blades to fit under pressure. Printing without a fan is possible during assembly, but you'll quickly regain full functionality. I printed this on a Replicator 2 with Makerware at standard resolution using Makerware software.
