The factory-installed extrude belt tension adjustment screws were excessively tightened; as a result, I was unable to further tighten the belt. However, an updated solution is available at this link: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:135314. Concerning 3D printing, using 100% fill on MakerWare with medium default settings worked effectively for me, though your experience may vary.
