ADVANCED PROJECT!!! DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING TO FALL INTO PLACE SMOOTHLY!!! IT REQUIRES A LOT OF PATIENCE AND ADJUSTMENT TO GET IT JUST RIGHT!!! YOU MAY NEED TO DESIGN NEW PARTS AS YOU GO ALONG!!! I'M WORKING WITH A RAMPS REPLICATOR 2 THAT HAS SIMPLE MECH ENDSTOPS, SO I MIGHT HAVE TO FIND MY OWN SOLUTION FOR THIS PROJECT!!! I'VE GOT LM8 BEARINGS AND 8MM SMOOTH RODS FOR THE Z AXIS, PLUS TWO 10MM STEEL TUBES AT EACH END TO MAKE THEM FIT INTO THE ORIGINAL FRAME!!! I RECYCLED A BROKEN SUITCASE BY CUTTING ITS SQUARE METAL TUBE HANDLE INTO PIECES TO CREATE A RIGID BUILDPLATE!!! THE SUITCASE HANDLE WAS A 16.5x16.5MM TUBE WITH ABOUT 1M TOTAL LENGTH. I DESIGNED THE PARTS ON THE FLY, PRINTING ONE PART AT A TIME AND ADJUSTING MY MEASUREMENTS FOR THE NEXT ONE. YOU'LL NEED SOME SCREWS AND AN EXTRA 10MM ROD OR TUBE TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT!!! SOME PARTS MIGHT CHANGE ALONG THE WAY, SO STAY TUNED FOR UPDATES!!!
