A common issue is accidentally damaging fans with tools. I was never satisfied with the standard fan guard, as it often fell off during maintenance and lacked a secure top connector. Drawing inspiration from various sources, I designed a fan guard with a retaining pin for the top connector to prevent tool damage. Additionally, I noticed space around the fan and decided to add an extended shell to provide a more snug fit. To install the new fan guard, simply remove the old one by unscrewing it, place the new guard in position, and secure it with screws.
