You need to adjust Bed Dimensions, Dual Extruder offsets, Home offsets and IR Probe offsets based on your final configuration. I have marked these in the files with <UPDATE> to make them easy to find.\r\n- Autotune your heaters and use new values\r\n- If you don't use the IR Probe, look for <ENDSTOP Z> in the files and follow prompts to enable legacy Z Axis Endstop\r\n\r\nFiles that need updating/modified for your machine (see above):\r\n- config.g\r\n- homeall.g\r\n- homez.g\r\n\r\nLastly, post comments below if you have questions. I will try my best to answer them frequently.\r\n\r\nHave fun !\r\n\r\nFAQ:\r\n\r\n1: Have you replaced your end stops on X and Y, I know about Z but Config shows them as NO not NC as they are.\r\nA: No, the endstops are stock. As mentioned in the thing description, there are 2 options for Z. Use factory installed endstop or IR probe homing for Z (which is default setting in my config now). If you want to use stock Z Endstop, simply comment out probe based Z homing and uncomment switch based Z Endstop code in the config file provided.\r\n\r\n2: Geometry on the Axis is compared to my stock firmware reversed. From LCD minus should move axes to left when looking at LCD, but your firmware does opposite, not saying it's wrong but I'm just looking for answers.\r\nA: Yes, I decided to put zero where homing switches are. Rear right instead of default rear left. Makes more sense in my opinion.\r\n\r\n3: Speed on Z Axis could be improved but that's minor detail.\r\nA: Yes and no. It will reduce sensor homing accuracy. If you go with switch based homing, you can increase it.\r\n\r\n4: DC42 Z-Probe seems not to report back in Analog frequency? Did you also connect to Z-Probe port\r\nA: Yes, the DC42 probe is connected to Z probe connector with analog output. Probe mode is set to Mode 1 in the Firmware\r\n\r\n5: Motor in reverse, I think this is just because your connectors for NEMA turn other way around?\r\nA: Yes, you need to update based on final wiring (I redid complete wiring harness in my machine to rule out issues due to flimsy Makerbot wires. Most wires are now highly flexible silicone wires)
