To enhance airflow on my Replicator 1 Dual, I created a fan guard with spacer tabs to prevent contact with fans. The guard easily installs by sliding over the fans. I designed and printed this part using MakerWare (Medium setting) for optimal settings: 10% infill, 2 shells, and 0.30mm layer height. Customize yours using the provided .STL and .SKP files.
