Replication- Organ Level Lung Functions On A Chip- Huh, Ingber
grabcad
The lung-on-a-chip device originally developed at the Wyss Institute in 2010 is now replicated. This innovative system measures 30 x 15 x 0.3 mm and features two flow layers, a third thin membrane layer of just 10 µm. The membrane itself consists of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) coated with an extracellular matrix, such as collagen or fibronectin. The design was inspired by Huh and Ingber's groundbreaking work published in Science, titled "Reconstituting organ-level lung functions on a chip." Alongside the publication (http://science.sciencemag.org/content/328/5986/1662.long), essential files for importing and using the device are available as part of a downloadable zip folder, including STL and IGS files.
With this file you will be able to print Replication- Organ Level Lung Functions On A Chip- Huh, Ingber with your 3D printer.
