You should print at 85% to match the size of the original. Of course, in the modern game there aren't really any medium-sized elementals, so maybe you want to print him much larger. Set Z = -0.2 mm This figure is a good candidate for "Tree" style supports, since the wave above the face really does need support, but you don't want support material all over his face.
