Replacement tube end cap for BMW roof racks

# BMW issued a DMCA takedown on this part without notice. I was not informed that moderation put my part back up after the initial removal. The title of the part also changed without my knowledge. Support the EFF and the ACLU, folks. It's outrageous that a large company like BMW can censor your original work from start to finish. # Why did you create these replacements? ~~My BMW roof rack came with plastic caps on the ends of its transverse tubes, but they didn't fit snugly, so I lost them over time. Losing those caps wasn't a big deal, but it made some noise and spiders liked to live inside the tubes.~~ The engineers at BMW apparently don't know how to precision-tolerate parts or processes, causing their sloppy work to litter roads with what used to be my rack's end caps. Luckily, open-source 3D printing allows me to design my own replacements, print them myself, and share them online for others. These are tight-fitting replacement caps that do require a bit of force to install – intentionally so.
