Replacement trigger for Aldi clamps

The triggers in both my Aldi ratchet clamps malfunctioned - likely because I'd neglected to release them from clamping something lightly for several months. Fortunately, the alternative is stronger, but not quite as strong as the original trigger mechanism. At least now I can use the ratchets without concern. Printer Details Robox Printer Yes Supports 0.2mm Resolution 100% Infill Material Notes: The model was printed in high-quality Robox ABS. I would have used PLA material, but my dedicated machine for printing with PLA is currently out of order - fortunately this setback should be temporary. I opted to print the brim. Post-Printing Tasks Clean off all post-printing materials carefully. The printed object has holes that are 4mm and 5mm in diameter. To finish these perfectly, I cleaned them out by hand using a precision reamer. My Design Process After scanning the damaged parts using an Epson flat bed scanner, I used picture assembly software to merge multiple scans into a composite image. Next, I started building my 3D model based on this single composite scan in a leading CAD design tool.
