Replacement Toilet Handle + Lever

I designed a replacement handle and lever for a toilet, which I successfully used when the original one broke at my old apartment. This 3D printed part could benefit from some fine-tuning since it was somewhat stiff during use and possibly prone to breakage in certain areas (this depends on the type of filament used - I opted for PLA).
