The Dragon Game Pad Replacement Thumb Pads fit perfectly onto my recracer game pad, which, by the way, shows up as "Dragon" on my PC screen. I got this cheap $10 controller, which was actually awesome until its thumb pads started falling off after some time of use. This replacement does exactly what it's supposed to do and stays firmly in place, just a little bit better than the original one.
