replacement temple for nana-nator over your glasses sunglasses

To maintain a pair of sunglasses in my car, I opted for 3D printing a replacement for the snapped temples (http://www.solarshield.com/). For this purpose, I used ABS at 235°C and HIPS at the same temperature on a 115°C platform. However, the supports for the print were less than ideal, requiring improvement with possible stabilization using rocket-like fins. Additionally, slight shortening of the printed temple is necessary to ensure clean closure. Also, cutting out between the top peg and bottom would prevent improper folding when using two temples. For the best results, use "r2b" versions of the templates as they are newer, shorter, and feature better supports. I encountered issues with MakerWare, so I had to resort to ReplicatorG/Skeinforge for slicing.
