Thanks to its creator : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3005336 Replaces a 75mm wheel on a stemless caster, designed specifically for an older Steelcase Leap office chair. No idea how this will hold up over time or which models it is compatible with - sorry! I increased several dimensions to reduce weak points, including the overall width of the wheel, so it won't match exactly (see picture). It's recommended to print only the center spindle first to test the fit before printing the whole thing. I increased the center hole size to compensate for shrinking holes in my prints, which a better calibrated printer might not need. I printed this with the visible side up for appearance and used supports around the outer ring underneath, letting the wider, flat portion bridge - it worked okay. A lot of extra plastic (PETG here) was used by printing at 50% gyroid infill with 3mm worth of external perimeters and top/bottom layers. The layer height settings in Slic3r were set to manually taper down to 0.04mm for the top layers. It took around nine hours to print this
