Replacement Spool Half

Did your Protopasta cardboard spool break during shipment? Did one (or even both) of its rims fall off? Maybe it's just loose, skewed, or bent? No need to send it back and pay shipping (especially on those weighty metal PLA composites). Just print a replacement spool half so you can use it!Full disclosure: This doesn't have a hole in the center as I designed it to ride on a TUSH. It's also a few millimeters smaller than the cardboard rim (because my printer's bed is only 200mm), so your spool might tilt slightly while sitting on a TUSH. This should not affect its ability to turn freely, however, nor will it tilt anywhere near enough to tip over.I printed this on my Prusa i3 MK3S+ using generic PLA+ filament through a standard 0.4mm nozzle and a 0.3mm layer height with “draft” quality. It fits snugly in the remaining cardboard tube inside the spool and works like a charm!I may add more spool replacement halves in the future for other cardboard-based spool companies like Overture, thus the generic title of this model. I may also create a version with an open center if requested.
