Replacement spindle fan

I've created this part specifically for my new spindle, which did not come with a fan installed. The blades are designed to be vertical, and the fan design ensures that airflow will always reach the motor regardless of its rotational direction. This model is not optimized for shrinkage (so add an extra 1% to ensure proper fit in ABS prints).
