Replacement SHAFT for Philips Food Processor HR7761 HR7762
thingiverse
After the original shaft got shredded (you know that high-pitched sound of a motor running wild...), I saw no point in getting a new one to fix it too, so it also gets shredded. It took a few attempts, but this one has been holding nicely over several months. As seen in the pictures, the square-nut dug itself diagonally into the PLA, but it doesn't go any further. Instructions: Take apart the original knife unit and remove the remains of the shredded shaft. Remember it's a reversed thread, and you may need to grab it with a vise grip and hold the knife with a piece of cloth to get enough force in there. Afterwards, simply put it back together in order with the new shaft and close. The motor will tighten it up. The Solidworks file is also included if it helps and you need adjustments. NOTE: Use at your own risk, I would not be responsible for any results.
