Replacement Rung Lock for TecTake Telescope Ladder and identical Products

<p>The original rung lock of the ladder has a constructional issue causing a predefined breakpoint at the begin of the lock tongues. So a lot of these locks breaks over the time and can't be bought separate.</p><p>The new designed part does not have this problem and can be used instead of buying a complete new ladder.</p><h3>Print Settings</h3><p><strong>Printer:</strong></p><p>FIashForge Dreamer</p><p><strong>Rafts:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>No</p><p><strong>Supports:</strong></p><p>No</p><p><strong>Resolution:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>0.15mm</p><p><strong>Infill:</strong></p><p>75%</p><p><br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Notes:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Use 4 bottom layers, 6 top layers and 3 perimeter shells.<br><br>On FDM-printers it is highly recommended to print the lock in the attached two parts and in the given orientation.</p><p>If the part is printed with the tongues upward the connection of the tongues only depends on the adhesion of the separate layers causing the crack with minimal force.</p><p>If printed in the given orientation the tongues are much stronger and will not crack easy (see attached shot of the slicers result).
