To replace the back plate, ensure accurate feed stock alignment under pressure and load changes; v4 features a fixed area enabling proper lever arm fitting. A durable pulley is included, outlasting the rubber one previously mentioned. Attached are pictures displaying Ezstruder modifications for pulley accommodation. The revised design prints faster than altering the original back plate. To use, rotate the bottom end 180 degrees and employ the other side to secure PTFE tubing. A PLA-made pulley performs well; an HDPE alternative is ideal. Version 7 incorporates a lever and bearing, plus loose screw sets for precise motor alignment. This part is compatible with Seemecnc extruders.
