Replacement/Revised Extruder Clamp for Ender 3 V2
thingiverse
When I first got my Ender 3 V2 it arrived with a broken extruder clamp. I got Creality to send me a replacement, and then when I was trying to install a filament guide, the flimsy thing broke again in the same spot. I super glued it together as a stopgap and decided to try replacing it with something sturdier. I couldn't find any designs already existing on thingiverse, so I made something in Tinkercad (keep in mind this is my first published print, so apologies if I'm missing info. I appreciate feedback!) Tinkercad Link: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/68OCyJmgukk I added some extra supports on the side of the piece that kept breaking to hopefully make it sturdier going forward. I also made the whole thing have generally a tighter grip on the filament, as I was having trouble with the last one. I'd have it set it to the tightest setting and it still not being able to push the filament, so it has a better grip overall. Pictures along with DrStreet's filament guide, not required (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2873157)
