I'm replacing both of the drive wheels on my Delta 31-050 grinder/sander after they failed (one exploded). The new designs follow the measurements I took, but I simplified the originals' curved shape to a flat one. Since the bearing is either captive or glued in place on the original, I decided to glue it directly to the pulley for the replacements. These wheels are no longer available from Delta, with their original part number being 1341629.
