The Hansa ventilator I had been using for the last 3 years has developed numerous broken or cracked plastic parts, and attempts to replace them caused even more parts to break. This post constellates all the parts I had to replace, including the front and side panels. If more parts will break, I will re-model them and post the files here. For some of the parts, there will be both a model of the original part and a custom rework. These parts fit OSC5111WH/OSC6111WH models and possibly other Hansa ventilators. In case my reworked version doesn't fit, I'm providing STEP files for them as well, so they can be edited to your liking. UPD 28.07.23: After testing the initial side panel design, it did not quite fit, made the visible surface ~1mm shorter, both in the "original shape" file (suffixed "clearance") and in all printable variations. Added more printable versions for diffetent orientations, as the original tuned out to print with a terrible surface finish. UPD 29.07.23: After further testing, removed all side panel designs except the original. Uploaded a new one that replaces the hollow design with a solid block of plastic that, with a sparse infill, consumes less plastic, yet makes the part much more sturdy. The new design involves putting an M3 nut in the screw channel, and replaces the self-threading screw with a proper M3 screw (at least 10mm in length) that will improve both the rigidity of the entire assembly and the appearance. Some sizes have been altered from the original design, as it turns out the plastic shap did not match the dimensions of the actual place where the part sits.
