These chair feet are engineered to fit chairs legs made with 16 mm inside diameter square tubing. Three styles of feet are included, each designed to accommodate varying leg angles. A round recess on each foot allows for easy attachment of felt self-stick pads, available at Home Depot. For personal use, I printed 20 of these pads in ABS for five chairs. Resizing the feet for different square tubing sizes is definitely feasible. Simply scale up or down as needed to fit your specific requirements. After printing, tap the foot gently into place with a rubber mallet. Add an optional felt pad for a smoother gliding action. For optimal results, I recommend printing in ABS, Nylon, or TPG for a soft flexible foot. While PLA can be used, it may be too stiff and prone to cracking.
