Replacement Parts for Philips SBC-HP890
thingiverse
Years ago, my faithful Philips SBC HP-890 Headphones met their untimely demise due to plastic cancer. The parts between the speakers and headband shattered into thousands of fragments. Too valuable to discard, they languished on a shelf with no clear future. Last week, I made the decision to create replacement components and bring them back to life through 3D printing. I designed an improved version of the lower strip, ensuring that all parts would fit together seamlessly. Here are the required components per side: * 2 M2.5 screws (10mm in length should suffice) * 2 M2.5 nuts * 3 M2 screws (1 x 20mm, 2 x 10mm) * 3 M2 nuts Please trim them to your liking; I initially cut mine to 20mm and they don't obstruct my head, but they do look a bit quirky. Pictures will follow soon, as I'm currently wearing the headphones.
