Replacement parts for creative headset
thingiverse
I replaced some parts for my Creative Fatal1ty HS-980 MKII.\r\n\r\nNot all features from the original are included, like holes for the cable going over to the other ear muff. I decided to upgrade mine by adding a couple of 3.5mm jacks on the headphones as the original cable was getting brittle and annoying. So I also added a new wire to the other side as you can see from the picture.\r\n\r\nYou should be able to reuse the slider part from the original, but I wanted the knobs to tighten them up as my head size rarely changes.\r\n\r\nRequired components.\r\n2x M4 (or was it M5?) screws, 20-30mm\r\n2x M4 (or perhaps M5) nuts\r\n\r\nThe small plastic screws can be reused for connecting the ear muff to the thingamajig.
