Replacement panel for rear console ashtray Lexus IS250

I'm installing a custom panel on my Lexus IS250 that replaces the ashtray assembly in the rear of the center console. My plan is to upgrade the old ashtray with a new power outlet and USB charging port, as well as some switches and indicators for the rear entertainment system. The Sketchup file provides two blank panels: one standard panel and another with a pre-cutout power outlet and USB port already in place. Feel free to customize these designs using Sketchup's capabilities. To install this custom panel, remove the entire ashtray assembly from its original position. Then, apply hot glue from the back side of the console. This will securely attach the new panel in place. Alternatively, you can use the provided Sketchup files to design some clips that snap the panel into position. I might update this tutorial with clip designs in the future, but for now, hot glue is a convenient and easy-to-remove option.
