So, your printer's cartridge jammed? No problem! Just install a brand-new filament outlet yourself. Remove the old one's outlet and swap it out with your new part. That's what I did - this model uses instant adhesive to glue everything together. And guess what? I'm working on an upgraded version without any adhesives at all! For now, you can check out my refillable cartridge design with removable tips here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:718225 Instructions I got slammed by a ridiculously stiff spring in one of my ZIM printers' cartridges. Easy fix - what's the point of owning a 3D Printer if I don't have spare parts to fall back on? To do it, you simply need to disassemble the cartridge, pull out the filament and that little O-ring, reattach the empty shell, and carefully trim off the entire outlet area so it sits flush against the case. Open it up again, reinstall the O-ring and filament, and pull that filament right through your new part - make sure it flows smoothly before gluing the whole thing in place with a single dab of instant glue. UPDATE 1: I just released an enhanced "EZ-Print" model to make printing even easier by removing some pointless details.
