Replacement MP Select Plus upper x-carriage rod / bushing holder

My MP Select Plus came with the upper X carriage rod holder damaged - possibly why it was a discounted open box, although I'd have thought they would check the basic parts properly. Before sending it back, I decided to try making a replacement using my other printer first. So far, it seems to be working well, though I may reprint it later with modifications for heat-set inserts. The plastic threads are actually performing surprisingly well so far, so we'll see how long they last. I created a customized IGUS bearing holder by remixing an existing design in Tinkercad to save time.
