This mailbox replacement was crafted with PETG plastic, then finished with a protective coat that shields it from UV damage while adding a stylish touch. The design doesn't include numbers but can be easily modified to include them if desired. For optimal results, use either PETG or ABS plastic for the replacement door. The dimensions of this custom-fit door are 8.25 inches tall by 8 inches wide by 1/4 inch thick. Mounting hardware includes: - Two spacers with a diameter of 1/4 inch and a length of 1/4 inch. - Two pop rivets with a diameter of 1/8 inch and a grip range of 3/8 to 1/2 inch, equivalent to about 3/4 inch in length. - Ten washers with a diameter of 1/8 inch. Assembly instructions are as follows: - Insert the 1/4 inch spacers into place. - Apply a coat of paint to protect the door from UV damage and enhance its appearance. - Remove the handle from the old mailbox door and install it in the new replacement door. - Install the new replacement door into the mailbox, securing it with washers on both sides of the door and one inside between the door and mailbox.
