Stock standard replacement levers typically cost $70 AUD, according to the maintenance guy at work who seems very happy to have affordable replacements. Printed on an Ultimaker 2 Extended + with a 0.4mm nozzle and sliced with Cura slicing software. Update January 12, 2018: The model is now solid, thanks to some slicing software not being able to handle multiple shells. Print settings: Pre-modeled custom supports (turn off supports in your slicing software) Layer Height: 0.1 mm Print speed: 50mm/s - Top/Bottom Speed 20mm/s - Travel Speed 120mm/s - Initial Layer Speed 20mm/s In-Fill Density: 75% - In-Fill Pattern: Lines Build Plate Temp: 60Deg/C printed in ColorFabb PLA/PLH @212Deg/C. Bed/Platform Adhesion dependent on material: - PLA = Print on clean glass with no added adhesives. - Other Materials = ? Still experimenting and haven't had time to practice printing with other materials. Boolean Operands were used in the creation of this model. Remember, material shrinkage will vary depending on material, brand, and color.
