Replacement landing gear for Hoverthings Flip quadcopter arm
thingiverse
This is a near-identical copy of the Hoverthings Flip frame's lightweight landing strut. I destroyed one, so I can confirm it prints well as a replacement part that matches closely in size to the originals. This STL is quite similar to the standard size version; if you need any modifications, you have my OpenSCAD file at your disposal for this purpose - try increasing ground clearance by lengthening the piece or strengthen its design with added details and then fine-tune it with various options provided. The original parameters were left in place so it should print out well enough at stock dimensions but variables have been left untouched for most other adjustments which may cause some issues during production if done improperly - adjust according to your preferences accordingly though because those defaults still matter quite a bit! I hope you're as pleased with this reproduction piece! The photo features an image showing how my new part, printed using a standard printer setup with infill set at 100%, compares against the original version side-by-side, which appears perfectly normal and not altered much - they are almost indistinguishable from each other.
