Replacement Knob for Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Mop Head

This is a brand-new mop head nut specifically designed for the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser mop. Printer Settings: MakerToolWorks Fusematic is used here. No raft or support is necessary for this model. A very high resolution of 0.3 mils was selected to ensure detailed features. As there are no infill patterns, a simple N/A selection sufficed. Notes: This model was printed using ABS plastic for its strength and durability. How I Designed It: The design process started with OpenSCAD's powerful open source software tool. Design: A simple yet effective design strategy is used here, involving a linear_extrude operation to generate threads. By creating these threads through subtraction, a cylinder is left after removing a circle created by the same operation. For further customization, I included the OpenSCAD source code so users can replicate this pattern for various other nut designs.
