Replacement knob for mailbox

I copied the design of my mailbox's frozen knob so I could replace it with an all-plastic one that would stay functional even on the coldest winter days. Only the turnable cylinder with a knob is being replaced, while the rest of the housing remains untouched. To secure the locking arm to the "knob cylinder", use a 1 M5 ~45-50mm hex bolt, a nylon lock nut and a large washer.
