This is a design for a replacement knob for a Leica MZ75 or MZ8, which may also fit other m series scopes.  I don't have more models on hand to check.  Test photo is with a Chinese MZ8 clone which has identical knobs to the real MZ75/MZ8 (I have swapped them before).  They attach at the end with a standard M3 bolt.
