Replacement Knob for Anova ASVPIPE-01

The knob on my old Anova Sous Vide cooker snapped apart in my hands. The plastic used in these seems to become extremely brittle over time. This knob fits snugly onto the shaft, and I had to use a vice to press it firmly in place, but fortunately, no glue was needed in this case. It works flawlessly, but be cautious - the rest of the arms are also made of the same plastic, so I'm only expecting another year out of this. I didn't need any additional support to print this out.
