Replacement Jet for Hot Tub (Hot spring)
thingiverse
My hot tub's rotating jet imploded suddenly. Although I'm unable to fabricate a bearing tiny enough to preserve the spinning mechanism, I successfully designed this static four-nozzle jet. To assemble it, you'll have to reuse your existing jet's threaded mounting plate. The M25x2mm threads printed best at 0.18mm resolution. Ensure that you print the design in a material capable of withstanding the chlorine, ozone, and heat of your tub (such as ABS). Print Specifications Printer: Makerfarm Pegasus 10 Rafts: Not required Supports: None needed Resolution: 0.18mm Infill Percentage: 30%
