<p>[EN]</p><p>It is a common problem for the Twizy that the hinges break, because the material is not very thick. If the charging flap is not closed properly the vehicle will not move. Normally you have to replace the whole flap that might break again later.</p><p>This print providers solid replacement hinges for the charging flap, that should last for a long time. The hinges are fixed with bolts.</p><p>Fasteners you need:</p><ul><li>bolts M4 x 20 (2 pieces)</li><li>nuts M4 (2 pieces)</li><li>washers M4 (2 pieces)</li></ul><p>I used stainless steel fasteners.</p><p>By the markings where the broken hinges used to be you can easily spot the position for the new hinges. Put the printed hinges in position to mark the drill holes. Um die Bohrlöcher zu markieren können die Ersatzscharniere an die entsprechenden Stelle gehalten werden. Durch das Schraubenloch kann nun z. B. mit einem Bohrer die Position markiert werden.</p><p>Wenn die Ersatzscharniere mit den Schrauben an der Klappe befestigt sind, lässt sich diese wie das Orginal wieder einbauen.</p>
