Replacement hinge for Sony MDR-XB950B1

This is a replacement hinge for my Sony MDR-XB950B1, but the same or similar assembly can be found on many other Sony headsets. To fit the smaller part in place, you'll need to remove two V-shaped pieces of plastic and reroute the cable. Take a close look at one of the photos and you'll see exactly how this is done. The repair itself is straightforward, I've managed to replace every single screw without any issues. If one of the printed parts breaks, don't worry - just swap it out with a new one. It's as simple as that. I recommend printing both parts with at least three solid layers and printing the larger part on its side for maximum stability. Use your strongest material available, I've only been working with PLA so far, but it has broken a few times for me - since then, I've made some adjustments to the design. There are two versions of the large part, one designed specifically for the right earcup and another for the left.
