This is a replacement knob for a Tefal frying pan cover. It fits perfectly on the original glass cover and has a vapor in/out feature, just like the broken knob it replaced. The new knob consists of two parts that are assembled together with a screw. I reused an old inox screw I had lying around to put it all together. I was worried about how well the new knob would hold up to heat from cooking and dishwashing, but so far it seems to be doing just fine. There was some freeplay when I first used it, but tightening the screw fixed that problem right away. The dimensions of the hole in the glass cover are 35.5mm wide by 3.9mm thick. The screw has a diameter of 4mm and is 16mm long. If you want to customize this design or make any changes, I've included a FreeCAD file for your convenience.
