The flexibility of the flex-PLA is expected to prevent future breakage. For the creation, I sourced eco-flex PLA from makergeeks.com, which provides a softer feel. If you opt for ABS instead, consider raising the opening slightly for a better fit. You may need to heat the blade prior to insertion in an ABS prototype. The design is basic and can be enhanced by rounding the edges for improved comfort.
