Replacement handle for Hayward SPX1082CA

After dealing with the hassle of replacing my skimmer basket multiple times due to the flimsy handle breaking (costing me around $15 each time!), I decided to take matters into my own hands and simply print a replacement. This custom-made part fits perfectly on the Hayward SPX1082CA skimmer basket, allowing for easy removal from the skimmer. The original cross-handle tabs are incredibly weak and prone to snapping off. I strongly advise using PETG for printing this part, as it will provide better stability in pool water compared to PLA. With a 2mm thick frame, you can use almost any print settings you like, making infill density largely irrelevant.
