Replacement handle for 3/4" PVC ball valve
thingiverse
The original plastic handle's ears popped off when a neighbor accidentally turned it. I couldn't locate a suitable replacement online, though buying another valve and discarding it while keeping the handle would have been an affordable option. Here are the Fusion 360 model and STLs for your reference. I printed using Simplify3D at high quality with ABS plastic as my material of choice. To remove the handle, use a small sharp tool to pry out the center cover first, then remove the screw using a Phillips screwdriver. Keep in mind that the handle holds an O-ring in place against water behind it, so it's best to turn off the water supply while working with the handle to avoid any issues.
