Replacement hand wheel for Husqvarna 6000 series machines. This was modeled off the broken wheel on my 6440 which is no longer available. Typically there are 2 metal clips (only one shown as the other was lost) that hold the wheel on the shaft.

When printing print with the shaft up. The radius will come out a bit rough but can be easily cleaned up. Install on the machine and hold some fine sandpaper over the radius while spinning with the machine.

Note photos show knob installed on dismantled machine. No need to remove any covers to install. Just gently push on the knob.

Early prints the "arms" that clip in the grove were too thick and would snap off when installing. I think I have a good trade off of thin enough to not break but thick enough to keep the knob engaged with the dogs in this version. If you have issues with the clips snapping off during install let me know and I can thin them out more in the model.

Used PETG over PLA due to its UV stability and the fact it is slightly more ductile than PLA. The clips that hold the knob on need to flex over the ramp up to the retaining groove. Early version had issue with them snapping off on install.

Original FreeCad design files included in case modifications are needed.
