Replacement gears for a Taurus GRIO 913524 mixer
prusaprinters
This beater / mixer uses a worm drive and two plastic gears that receive the bits that mix the food, this is a replacement for those plastic parts which are prone to wearing out. I printed the replacement from eSun ePA-CF which should be easily tough enough but may increase wear on the worm gear (the carbon fibre is very abrasive). But hey, the appliance was already broken right?Print without supports (there are built-in support rings that snap off after printing).I've attached the gcode from which my filament profile can be imported. These settings work fantastically for the eSun ePA-CF printing on glue stick on a smooth PEI sheet. No warp, overhangs are amazing, supports snap away easily. But the filament has to be REALLY dry, several days at 70c in a food dehydrator.
