We need to find a replacement gear lever handle for an old Polaris D-Bat quad bike. One of our friends is looking for this part. The design was created using SketchUp and printed in ABS plastic, which is stronger and more weather-resistant than PLA. The original design in PLA will still work fine and can be kept as a spare. This was the first time printing with ABS material from Amazon Basics, and everything went smoothly. The nozzle temperature was set to 255C, the bed temperature was at 115C, and no enclosure was needed for the print.
